Household Support Funding (HSF) has enabled BwD council to support schools with grant funding specifically to support food security and nutrition in schools over the Summer and Autumn Terms.
It has recently been agreed that a 3rd term of funding can now be released to support schools during the Spring Term 2024. This grant will help our families to meet the continuing cost of living crisis over the Winter months and is in line with HSF4 funding which will come to an end on the 31st March 2024.
The grant funding enables our school to continue to support pupils in a variety of ways. For example, subsidised school meals, breakfast for all pupils, breakfast club and free fruit.
